Perfect couples get away or friends get away.  Our dog friendly sunny home offers open living space with an ocean view, private hot tub and an outdoor sitting area on an expansive deck. 

 Wonderful location with easy access to trails and beaches. Located less than 1/4 mile from the famous Coastal trail where you can explore the entire trail along the bluff, coves, and beaches. Play tennis, pickle ball or swim a few laps at a Sea Ranch recreation center, golf at the Sea Ranch Links, kayak on the Gualala River, hike into the redwoods, or have a massage. At the end of the day, take in the ocean and sunset on our expansive deck, and come evening, soak in our hot tub watching the brilliant sky on a clear night.  

Our pictures tell the story of the comfort that awaits your visit as well as the view and access to the bluff trail.  This two-bedroom, two-bath comfortably furnished modern home has a large owner’s suite with a full bathroom and a separate guest room and bathroom with a comforable sofa bed. Our completely outfitted kitchen provides opportunities for at-home cooking.  For those cold nights we have a wood burning stove.  The high speed fiber optic WIFI  allows for both work and streaming your favorite shows. Outdoors you will enjoy hot tub/spa, deck and comfortable outdoor furniture. For your convenience the washer & dryer are available and you will enjoy easy parking.  We have invested in a 'greener lifestyle' with energy-efficient appliances, a smart thermostat, LED light bulbs, and a fully solar-powered home. The solar panels and batteries protect our renters from disappointment and inconvenience during the storms, wind, and/or PGE's rolling blackouts during fire season.

We wouldn't think about leaving home without our dog so why should you?  We do expect your dog to be well behaved. We have brand new oak floors and area rugs. We have a weight limit of 60 lbs. To protect wildlife and avoid nuisances, dogs must be under owner’s control at all times and leashed when on the SR roads n trails per Sea Ranch regulations. Sea Ranch Security and Sonoma Parks' Officers will enforce these policies with fines. Dogs should not be left alone at home. Owners will provide a list of dog friendly restaurants. 

We have a maximum of three guests.  The home is not suitable for children. 

Price and cancellation policies may vary with number of guests, holidays and demand.  No dog fees, simply a refundable deposit.  We require a 3 night minimum - $390/night -$450 depending on season plus cleaning fees (total $270) and Sonoma Tourist Taxes (12%). There is a 4-5 night minimum for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the July 4th holiday.  Rate is $450/night plus cleaning fees ($270) and Sonoma Tourist Taxes (12%) . We do not charge booking fees, etc.  Let us know if you need us to flex on days.

We have a maximum of 2-3 overnight guests. We invite you to have friends over but we request that you do not have any overnight guests other than those on the reservation and do not have parties.  Sea Ranch is very strict and their policies include the following:

Nuisance and Enforcement Rules: The Sea Ranch Quiet Hours are between 10 pm and 7am daily. Please conduct your indoor and outdoor activities in a prudent and respectful manner that will not disturb neighbors, especially during quiet hours. Maximum quiet hours decibels is 55dBA, about equal to a conversation from 3 feet away.

The house is set up for adults and is not child proofed for toddlers. We request that children under 12 years be under adult supervision at all times and do not use the hot tub.  

The property is inspected between guests and any damages will be deducted from your security deposit.
